Located in the thriving East Austin neighborhood, The Hightower opened in 2014 by Chad Dolezal and Victor Farnsworth as a neighborhood restaurant, with an easy, craveable menu. Inspired by Eastern European and Mexican flavors that represent Texas heritage and using local, seasonal ingredients, the food and drink represent New Texan Cuisine. The Hightower features dinner Tuesday-Saturday, happy hour Tuesday-Saturday, weekend brunch, all with a creative bar program anchoring the space.
