Dock & Roll Diner is Austin’s first establishment dedicated to the glorious morsel known as the lobster roll. Since 2011 we have continued to bring the people of Austin an entirely new food experience through what is now a familiar icon, the food trailer.
Dock & Roll has gone to great lengths to bring our fellow Austinites a unique experience that has previously been reserved for only folks residing in coastal towns. After working for years in kitchens in New York and San Francisco, head chef and general partner, Lee Krassner, became very familiar with the lobster roll.
At Dock & Roll, we only use wild-caught Maine lobster via Ready Seafood of Portland, Maine. Each of our trailers are equipped with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and everything else required of the greatest lobster rolls known to man.
