Intero offers a contemporary Italian inspired menu highlighting the changing seasons in Central Texas. We wholeheartedly embrace the importance of sustainability by utilizing locally raised whole animals and farmed whole produce to create our dishes. This drives the idea behind Italian cuisine, which is rooted in necessity and gratitude towards every ingredient.

Unique to Austin, but inspired by the popular concept experienced at small cafes throughout Italy, intero features an artisan chocolate counter in its front space. A variety of truffles, barks, and sipping chocolates in classic and Italian flavors can be enjoyed along with our locally roasted coffee program. Intero also offers a curated wine list and an engaging yet approachable cocktail selection.
