Holy Roller

If you haven’t heard of Holy Roller at this point, I’m not sure what to tell you. Callie Speer is a badass and is slinging out some elevated diner dishes. You can’t go wrong with any dish there, but we love the Casbah (their version of Whataburger’s Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit), Meatloaf Sandwich, and Burger. Never skimp out on the dessert because Callie always has some kind of flavor bomb that with light your tastebuds up!
