Austin is pretty much a desert for Spanish cuisine outside of Barlata, so whenever you need a true tapas fix you have to come here. Chef Daniel Olivella is a native of Spain and has been serving up traditional Spanish dishes like patatas bravas and paella since they opened, over 5 years ago. You can taste the love and passion in each of his dishes. If you have not gone to Barlata, this dinner is a MUST!
