Member’s Tasting Dinner at Fonda San Miguel

Well whether you have been there or not, it has been an Austin staple for almost 50 years now! Recently Chef Blanca Zesati & Chef Carlos Monroy took over the chef helm and are putting out some of the classics as well as some dishes with their own spin on things.
Join us as the chefs take us through their stories. Each course will be paired with wine.
Ceviche Las Brisas
marinated white fish, cucumbers, pico de gallo. Our most popular ceviche. Miguel was given this recipe by a chef in the state of Vera Cruz.
Grilled Baby Lamb Chop
served with salsa de morita.
Tacos Al Pastor
marinated pork and pineapple, fresh blue corn tortillas, avocado salsa, habanero salsa
